- In early 90’s the company executed and completed the first semi-commercial cum residential apartments in Hubli. The apartment comprised of 100 flats, 40 shops and 20 office spaces, It was spread over a total built-up area of 150,000sq.ft
- Block apartment schemes and penthouse concepts were introduced by the company
- In 1994 the Company executed the first gated living concept in Hubli. It was the first major bungalow project comprising of 28 bungalows in a single compound.
- We introduced the gated community in Hubli, where the bungalows where sold to people of same cultural background.
- With Suvidha Nestle being our signature project we conceptualized the first fully furnished bungalows in town where the customers had to just walk in with clothes.
- Never hesitated to bring in practice modern construction techniques, first one to introduce pile foundation concept to the twin-cities.
- Our prestigious project ‘SUVIDHA-NESTLE’ also received the Award from CREDAI Karnataka in CREDAI CARE AWARDS 2015 as best project under the category of Independent Villas for the North Karnataka region, for its concept quality and innovative design. CSR Activities
- Suvidha Group of Companies a real estate industry in Hubli, major CSR activity is taking care of 35-40 visually impaired students at Chikankoppad Shri.
- Channaveer Sharanar Andhar Kalyan Ashram, Navanagar Hubli, with the Blessings of Param Pujya Shri Shivashanthaveer Sharanaru, the living, education, computer education and self independence of the students are taken care of, from the past 20 years. It’s a charitable trust run without any government aid with the main object of imparting free training in brail, providing them training in chair rewinding, manufacturing of candles, chalk pieces, singing, etc., and various knowledge.
- Today they are so Independent that they are enrolled in Courses like BA, BCOM etc., outside boundaries of the ashram.
- Our Managing Director Mr. Dinesh Mahajan is the trustee and an active member and holds the post of Treasurer.. Sri. Dinesh Mahajan as a treasurer is not only looking after the money affairs of the ashram but also the candidates welfare, construction activities of the ashram, continuous effort have obtained exemption under 80 G from income tax department, participated to assist in health camps, sports arrangement, etc.
- The other directors and employees of the company assist in activities carried out by the company in the ashram
